Eat Well This Weekend, Rain or Shine

Don't leave your Memorial Day barbecue up to
the whims of Mother Nature.

For a surefire summertime start, grab everything
from grilled mains to fresh side salads from
our Prepared Foods

Just because it's barbecue season doesn't mean eating healthy has to go out the window. Switch up your traditional barbecue mains with our fresh Scottish Salmon filets, grilled in house to perfection. Seasoned simply with salt, feel free to brush these filets with a sweet and smoky barbecue glaze or top with a dollop crème fraîche.

Memorial Day weekend happens to fall during the peak harvest of asparagus season, but it is no coincidence that this vegetable has become a favorite to throw on the grill.

In our kitchen, we take fat asparagus stalks, lightly toss them in olive oil and salt, and then sear them until they are deliciously crunchy and meaty. Enjoy as a side to your burgers, grilled chicken and other summertime mains.

What's a barbecue without potatoes? However, if you're not big into potato salad, try another classic: roasted potato wedges with rosemary. For this easy finger food, we cook our potatoes beyond tenderness: roasting them until they are golden and crispy on the outside and divinely creamy on the inside.

Hot or cold, as a side or main, our roasted turmeric cauliflower is a vibrant, fragrant and versatile dish that will easily pair with any barbecue fare.

The best of summer in a bowl. Composed of beautiful shades of juicy, heirloom tomatoes and bunches of sweet basil, this seasonally fresh salad is one of the most refreshing things to savor on a summer day.
